2. Avoid massaging, scrubbing, or drying the acne-prone skin, as this can trigger more acne.

3. Do not use cosmetics and skin creams that affect the function of the skin and sebaceous glands, especially steroids, and should choose products that contain moisturizing agents which reduce the risk of skin irritation.

Precautions

1. Avoid the sun regularly by opening an umbrella or wearing a wide-brimmed hat.

2. Use a cleansing foam or cleansing that is gentle on the skin and wash your face thoroughly or wipe with saltwater.

3. Do not wash your face by rubbing vigorously and wash only 2 times a day to prevent skin irritation.

4. Moisturizer should be applied both during the day and before bedtime.

5. Eat food and drink water as appropriate each day.

6. Avoid acne-causing factors such as reducing stress and anxiety, adequate rest, regular exercise, and a healthy diet.
